Former Alfred P. Sloan fellow Harvard University
William H. Nguyen, Ph.D. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer at UTS. He was the Alfred P. Sloan Postdoctoral fellow at Harvard University. His primary research was on data/text mining, molecular modeling, theoretical development, and massive parallel computing applied to solving many scientific questions spanning from physics, chemistry, biology to medicine. Before Harvard, he was the institutional doctoral fellow in computational science and engineering at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. He graduated with highest honor (summa cum laude) from the University of California, Davis campus. He founded VoxyPAD (collaborative telecom platform), Vietica (search engine for Vietnamese language), and Rolo (a content-based social network platform with automatic news indexing/clustering, live streaming, and broadcasting capability).

Setsuro Tamai is the Co-Founder and President at UTS. He was the President and CEO of IDG Japan for 20 years since 1990, managing the world leading IT publications, CIO, Computer World, Macworld, research, international meetings, conferences and exhibitions. Tamai was also a co-founders of Japan Network Security Association (JNSA), vice-chairman of the Japan Exhibition Association (JEXA), vice-president of the world Meeting Professional International Association (MPI) and Japan Chapter.

SMr. Thang D. Nguyen is currently the Chairman of Hong Co Group, one of the largest computer hardware and software distribution channels in Vietnam. He is also serving as the Vice-Chairman of Vietnam Software Association since its inception. He is also the owner Dan Phong Software, an outsourcing software company established to serve Japanese market since 2000.
He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Lien Viet Post Bank, and AVG Television and a dozen of other high-tech companies in Vietnam.

John Tran, Ph.D. is the Chief Technology Officer at UTS. He was a research scientist at the Toyota Technological Institute, in Nagoya (Japan) and in Chicago (USA), where he earned both M.S. and Ph.D. in computer science. His expertise is in the areas of machine learning, image processing, system automation.
